The storm we got caught in on the way back to Soc Trang. I took this video to show what it is like driving through small towns in the Mekong Delta. This is on the main road Bac Lieu and Soc Trang. The road on the over side of the bridge was pretty rough - that's my excuse for the shaky camera work and I'm sticking to it.
